*The acceptance of cultural diversity should be modeled at all times.

*All children can learn.

*All students need a safe and stable atmosphere so students will derive a sense of self-worth in the classroom.

*All children should feel success in order to be contributors to society.

*High expectations should be communicated to all children.

*Students are our priority and their needs come first.

*Nurturing and fostering a positive environment is the key to student success.

*Children learn more when expectations are high and no prejudging occurs.

*Education should empower students.

*All students should have exposure to and acquire a competency for technology.

*Children deserve the best we can offer.

*Children have learning needs that must be met in order for them to reach their full potential.
