Thanks so much to all of the parents and teachers who have joined the APT this year! There will be opportunities throughout the year to join at any level from $1.00 on up. We encourage those of you who have not yet joined to become part of Royall’s support team!

or
if you would rather make a donation to our school than have your child participate, feel free to submit a check payable to Royall APT. Your entire donation will go to our school and your child will still be eligible for all the prizes.
Be sure that your child turns in all of the paperwork by Friday, October 3rd.

Please contact one of the APT volunteer coordinators if you are interested in assisting at Royall in any of the following capacities:
Book Fair: Assist children with book selections, collect money, tally sales
Health Room: Take temperatures, apply band-aids and provide a little "TLC" for students
Media Center: Help to shelve books
Teacher Helper: Do some of the little things that take teachers' time
Royall Reader: Read to and with our students and assist with taking Accelerated Reader tests
Our APT fundraiser kick-off is September 19th and runs through October 3rd. Parents may order from the catalog or shop online at www.QSP.com by registering and then using acct # 710312217. Gift items over $18 and any magazine subscriptions count as 2 items sold.
All money and orders are due by Friday, October 3rd.
Prizes are as follows:
Top Seller - $50 cash
Sell $100 or more – Ice Cream Party (grades k-3) Dance (grades 4-6)
Sell $150 or more – Money Booth
Please remember to collect those BOX TOPS and tell Harris Teeter, BiLo, Target and Office Depot that you are a Royall Elementary School supporter! This sends extra dollars to our school for supplies, etc.!
Honor your child's birthday by purchasing a new book for the Royall Media Center. A book plate will be placed in the front of the book with your child's name and birth date. The honored child will be the first to check out the book. Contact Mrs. S. Jenkins in the Media Center for more information. The cost is $15.00.
