
The Physical Education at Royall is filled with excitement and enthusiasm! We feature it all, from fundamental movements and skills to dance, tennis, and gymnastics. Each period begins with aerobic activities and warm-ups prior to the lesson. This helps get the class off to a healthy start. Students are encouraged to exercise daily, whether it be walking, running, riding a bike, or participating in organized sports. The overall goal of our Physical Education program is to develop skillful movers with healthy ideas!
