This year Royall has something new – a Writing Lab! Students go to Writing Lab just as they do to their other related arts times. The goal of writing lab is to enable Royall’s students to become better lifelong writers and to improve their performance on PACT testing. While in Writing Lab, students are learning to use the 6 + 1 Traits of Writing to improve their written communication skills.
