Citizen of the Month by the Florence
City Council.

Franco of South Florence High
is one of ten teachers in the state who
has been selected to participate in the
STAR Program. STAR, which is an acronym
for Strategies for Teacher
Advancement and Renewal, is a
program that recognizes and rewards
outstanding veteran South Carolina
teachers.
