Age appropriate Florence District One menus are planned by a team composed of school food services employees. Currently, the district director, the district field supervisor, and six cafeteria managers. A typical lunch menu contains: A choice of a 2
ounce portion of protein (entree) A typical breakfast menu contains: A 4 ounce
