Meet the Administration
Mr. Anderson is a native of Florence,
South Carolina and product of Florence School District One Public
Schools. He graduated from West Florence High School, earned a B.S.
degree in Elementary Education from Claflin University, and a M.S.
degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. As
an educator, Mr. Anderson has served as an elementary teacher, behavior
specialist, assistant principal, and principal at schools in Florida and
South Carolina. He believes that education is the one of the greatest
tools needed to achieve the dreams that many believe are impossible. He
also believes that the difference in becoming great, is never settling
for just doing good. He enjoys spending time with his family, spending
time with his church family, reading, and playing basketball. Mr.
Anderson truly believes that Savannah Grove Elementary is the "Greatest
School On The Planet" because of the great students, staff, parents, and
Savannah Grove Community!
Mrs. Wendy Frazier earned a B.S. degree and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Francis Marion University. She also earned a second Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from the University of South Carolina. Since then, she has completed 30+ additional hours in administration courses. Mrs. Frazier has been in education for fifteen years, an assistant principal for eight years, and she has been assistant principal at Savannah Grove for the past four years. Mrs. Frazier is married to Paul and has a daughter, Sydney. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves to cook.
Ms. Hickson received a BS and a M. Ed in Elementary Education from Francis Marion University. She also received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in School Leadership from Cambridge College. This is her twentieth year at Savannah Grove Elementary. Ms. Hickson has taught grades 3, 4, and 5. She has also been the science lab instructor for grades K-6. She is currently the Curriculum Coordinator. Ms. Hickson enjoys working with the students and faculty and staff at Savannah Grove as well as spending time with family and friends.
