“2009-2010 School Year Registration”
Registration Information:
Welcome to Savannah Grove! We are so happy to have you at our school. There are just a few things that you will need to get started registering your child for school.
*What to bring: ALL parents must bring proof of residence to register a student at Savannah Grove Elementary. Bring a utility bill such as power, water, or land line phone that has the parent or guardian’s name, address, and current date included on the bill. A lease/rental agreement or mortgage statement with name and address on it may also be used as proof of residence.
Students who are new to Florence School District One must bring (in addition to proof of residence):
- Immunization records (current)
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
The following forms can be downloaded and printed out for your convenience. These forms are required at the time of registration and will be kept on hand by your child’s teacher during the current school year.
