A:
Word 2003 will open Microsoft Works file.
If you are trying to open the file using Word 2000 you must save the file as a Word Document. First, save it on your
hard drive at home as a Works file. Secondly, choose Save
As and in the Save As Type window choose Word 6.0/95 or
FTR.
The same is true for Spreadsheets - choose Excel SS.

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Select Tools from the Menu Bar
3. Select the General Tab
4. For the Home Page Address, enter the url of the desired website

I can't open my file that I brought from home on a floppy. What
can I do?
A: There may be several
problems. The disk may be damaged. See Mrs. Gambrell in Room 219.
