Calculator Information for Parents
We strongly advocate the personal ownership of an appropriate calculator by our students. Students will be given instructions on the appropriate use of the calculator during classes in mathematics.
The following list of calculators will be appropriate for students in all Mathematics classes.
TI-83 Plus, TI-83 Plus Silver Edition
TI-84 Plus, TI-84 Plus Silver Edition
TI-Nspire
TI-89, TI-89 Titanium, and TI-Nspire CAS are better suited for the advanced students in Precalculus and Calculus.
