    January payroll checks will be deposited on the 5th and 19th for our Biweekly employees and the 12th and the 29th for our Semi-monthly employees.

    February payroll checks will be deposited on the 2nd and the 16th for our Biweekly employees and the 15th and 28th for our Semi-monthly employees.

    W-2's were sent out to all locations on January 22nd for active employees. All other W-2's were mailed out on January 19th. Please be reminded when reviewing your information on the W-2 it is based on your salary from January to December so this is half of the previous school year and half of this school year. Your wages also reflect pretaxed and post taxed deductions. We are receiving a large number of calls saying the W-2 is wrong but once these factors are considered they are correct. If for any reason you do not know what something means (ex. the X under retirement means that you contributed to retirement) the W-2 itself provides you with explanations for every box in the small writing on the back.

     

    We have added a frequently asked questions page to our website. As we receive questions we will add them to the page with the cooresponding answer.

    We have added deduction codes to the payroll website. Payroll does not process all deductions. Many of them are handled through Benefits so you may have to contact Personnel for additional information. We have also received many emails and phone calls about degree and experience changes. As these changes are received from personnel they will be processed as quickly as we possibly can.

     

    Attention all employees! Any time sheets that are submitted for extra work must adhere to the deadlines established. A payroll time sheet or homebound time sheet that has work performed with dates from the 1st to the 15th of the month must be turned in to payroll by the 18th of the month and they will be processed for payment on the second semi-monthly supplemental payroll of that month. A payroll time sheet or homebound time sheet that has work performed with dates from the 16th to the end of the month must be turned in to payroll by the 3rd of the next month and they will be processed for payment on the first semi-monthly supplemental payroll of that month. Please note that no time sheet can be submitted for extra work done during an employees normal contract.
